1. General Provisions and Scope of Services
By accessing, browsing, or booking a luxury yacht charter through Vantixunion (hereinafter referred to as "we", "our", or the "Company"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Vantixunion provides premium boat rentals, corporate event vessels, and private yacht charters across Germany, including prime locations such as the Spree River in Berlin, Hamburg Harbor, the Rhine River in Cologne, and Lake Constance. All charters, sunset cruises, and maritime events are subject to weather conditions, local maritime laws, and the captain's final discretion regarding passenger safety.
2. Booking, Reservations, & Payments
To secure a booking for our exclusive yacht party packages or corporate boat events, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of reservation. The remaining balance, including any selected premium add-ons (such as gourmet catering, live DJ, or private photography), must be paid in full no later than 14 days prior to the scheduled event date. Failure to remit the final balance on time may result in the immediate cancellation of your luxury boat charter without refund.
3. Cancellations, Rescheduling, & Refunds
We understand that plans can change. Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to the scheduled charter date will receive a full refund, minus a small administrative fee. Cancellations made between 14 and 29 days prior to the event will forfeit the initial 50% deposit. Cancellations made within 14 days of the event are strictly non-refundable. In the event of severe weather or unsafe maritime conditions, as determined solely by the vessel's captain, Vantixunion will offer a complimentary reschedule to a mutually agreeable date or a full refund for your private yacht rental.
4. Liability, Guest Conduct, & Damages
The primary charterer (the individual or corporate entity booking the vessel) assumes full responsibility for the behavior, safety, and conduct of all guests on board. Our luxury fleet is maintained to the highest aesthetic and mechanical standards. Any damages caused to the vessel, its furnishings, or equipment by the charterer or their guests will be billed directly to the primary charterer. Illegal substances, underage drinking, and unsafe behavior are strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate termination of the charter without refund.
5. Itinerary and Captain's Authority
While our dedicated concierge team works closely with you to design a custom cruising route for your birthday party, bachelor/bachelorette celebration, or romantic sunset dinner, the final itinerary is subject to change based on water traffic, lock closures, and weather conditions. The captain holds absolute authority on board regarding navigation, speed, and safety protocols to ensure a secure and enjoyable experience for all passengers.
6. Catering and Third-Party Services
When booking premium enhancements such as VIP bottle service, private chefs, or event decorators through Vantixunion, you are subject to the specific terms of those third-party providers. Outside food and beverages are generally not permitted on our luxury vessels unless explicitly agreed upon in writing prior to the charter date and may be subject to a corkage or service fee.
